Whenever I start the Roblox app (either by clicking a play button on the website, or opening the Roblox app directly on my pc) I am met with this popup after a minute or so:
Retrying doesn’t fix the issue.

Notably I can visit that url (https://clientsettingscdn.roblox.com/v2/settings/application/PCDesktopClient) in my browser and it returns all the flags and settings just fine, so my internet seems to be working.
