Cannot Turn On Mobile Push Notifications

When I try to turn on “Mobile Push” in my notification settings, I’m redirected to my settings telling me to turn Push Notifications on. However, I do not see the option anywhere in the Roblox settings, nor do I see Roblox in the notification settings.

Reproduction:

  • Open Roblox on a mobile device
  • Go to your settings > Notifications
  • Enable “Mobile Push” to be redirected to your settings

Demonstration:

Device Info:

Model: iPhone 12 Pro
Version: iOS 14.7.1
Updated To Latest Model Version: No (iOS 15)
Roblox Version: 2.494.341
Updated To Latest Roblox Version: Yes

Hi @TheSuzerain, just checking - are you still experiencing this issue? We have redesigned the notification preferences page since you submitted this bug, and haven’t had any reports of similar issues since. If this bug is no longer occurring, we can close this ticket.

Hey @christ0pherus! I am still experiencing this. It’s the same roadblock where there is no notification section in the Roblox app Settings:

I do, however, see the revamped preferences page and it DOES detect that my notifications are off.
