Cannot Update Gamepass Icons

I’m currently unable to update the icon of any gamepass on my Roblox experience. Every time I attempt to upload a new image for a gamepass, I receive the following error message:

“Pass update failed. Please inspect the logs or network tab or post on the DevForum if this problem persists.”

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to any gamepass.

Try to upload a new image.

Save changes.

Expected Result:
The new gamepass icon should upload and display without errors.

Actual Result:

The page displays the error message above and the image does not update.

Additional Notes:

I’ve tried multiple images that meet all Roblox image requirements.

The issue occurs across different browsers and devices.

This problem has persisted since couple of hours.

Browser/OS:
Windows 11 Home / Microsoft Edge (135.0.3179.73 Latest)

Thanks for the report. Can you please confirm the size of the image you are trying to upload?

Sorry for the late answer but the size is the default one, 512 x 512.
