Issue Type: Other Impact: High Frequency: Constantly Date First Experienced: 2021-01-16 12:01:00 (+00:00) Date Last Experienced:
Reproduction Steps:
Open the place file
Publish the model inside the place file as any form of uploaded asset;
Model
Module
or Place/Game
Check output
Expected Behavior:
The asset would upload as a model/place.
Actual Behavior:
The asset does not upload, it gives an error on all occasions and when uploaded as a place it will load into an empty place or the previously uploaded version.
Tried to attach images but it seems they didn’t. I get a few different errors, all of them being
“HTTP 500 (Internal Server Error)”,
“Error while publishing: Failed to upload union. Exceeded limit. Try again in a few minutes.” and
“Server Publish Failure: HTTP (404): Not Found”
Not sure if this is related (I would open a new thread if I could), but Roblox image moderation appears to have stopped for around 12 to 16 hours. All our images uploaded around that time are still awaiting moderation, and newly uploaded images are also not being moderated.
Can confirm I had/am having this issue as well. When I initially imported the meshes yesterday the textures rendered correctly. Upon opening the save file today the textures were missing, and new meshes will not import with textures.
Additionally, I can’t even import meshes now. It keeps saying “You have to log in to import meshes” despite me being logged in to studio, roblox, and the devforum.
I’ve been having a problem with this frequently when trying to save a .rbxl file into a published game. Something I’ve just experienced though, is that I have this issue even when trying to upload a plugin. The plugin I’m trying to upload contains no unions (in fact it’s a single 34 line script), yet upon publishing this plugin I experience the “Failed to upload union.” message in the console and an internal server error popping up on the upload window.
After waiting about 3 minutes and trying again, I re-tried and the plugin upload was successful. So it’s not a severe issue in my experience, but an annoying one nonetheless.
