Cannot upload audio despite meeting requirements

Reproduction Steps

So I made a song for one of our games, tried to upload it… and was met with an error. The audio is below 20MB and less than 7 minutes, although it gets close to that value.

Try to upload the audio referenced in the private message associated with this bug report and the error should occur.

Expected Behavior

I expect the audio upload to work.

Actual Behavior

“Asset creation failed. Please try again later.”

Just for my knowledge, does this happen on all audio uploading ports (Studio, old Creator webpage etc.)?

Just tested, audio uploads are working through studio, but I wasn’t able to navigate to the old develop page.

We have reproduced the problem and have a good idea what needs to be fixed.
The problem is only with longer files. Please use studio to work around this problem while we fix the bug.

We have deployed new code that dramatically improves the situation, but we are still seeing a small amount of randomness.
Please report if you are still having troubles uploading longer audio files with create.roblox.com

I was able to reproduce this issue, audio is somewhat long, but not too bad(it’s 2:34).

EDIT: Also unable to import in studio, despite it being an .OGG file. It’s throwing a 500 error.

Issue stopped, will reply again if it continues.
