Cannot Use Math Inside of Entering Property Values (if that makes sense)

I want to know why (or if I’m just going crazy) the feature that allowed you to do addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, and even whole equations inside of property values is no longer existent and was removed for whatever reason.

  1. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!


Here I’m trying to add a perfect number amount to the Position value and it’s not adding. It’s just removing my formula, with which it used to just add/subtract, and resetting.

  1. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?

I’ve tried repeatedly to add, subtract, multiply, and other arithmetic operations on values of properties for various things and realizing that it no longer works. I don’t know what this specific feature/thing is called so I could not look around the dev-forum. Also it’s been happening for some time now (like a few weeks?), but apparently and unfortunately like a-lot of other things that bother/happen to me: no one else seems to be bothered/inconvenienced (except at my reporting).

There have been several posts about this recently, on one of them it sounded like a Roblox Staff member would look into it.

It should now be fixed. I tried it yesterday, and It’s working again.
