Cannot whisper from Player1 to Player2 (or vice versa)

(Ignore the warnings/errors in Player2’s screen, that screenshot was taken with some beta features enabled, however those errors still appear even with all beta features disabled)
I tried turning off all of my plugins and I was still not able to whisper to Player2 or Player1.
I disabled all beta features I had enabled, however this issue still occurs.

  1. Create an empty place
  2. Start a team test in a Local Server with 2 players
    RobloxStudioBeta_D6GZa9ru3n
  3. On Player1, whisper to Player2 /w Player2 test (or vice versa)

Expected behavior

I should be able to whisper to Player2/Player1 so that I can properly add whispering to my custom chat UI on TextChatService, however it just says that I am not able chat with that person.

I think that happens because those are not real accounts.

Yeah, that’s not allowed. A bit annoying I can say.
