I lost my 2-step verification app and I also can’t create a new backup code because I have to use the 2-step verification app to create the code and I can’t trade limited items because I can’t access the 2-step verification app and I also can’t deactivate the 2-step verification app because I have to use the app to deactivate it too (my username is AWRBRO122UwU)

Try contacting roblox support, this is only way to disable it.
I’ve tried Roblox support but it didn’t work because the person who answered wasn’t Roblox staff but AI. 
AI it tells me that if I want my 2 step verification to be disabled I have to send a code from the 2 step verification app, bruhh how can I send it if I can’t access the 2 step verification app?

That’s unfortunate to hear. I’d recommend contacting Roblox Support about it.
Backup codes exist for situations like this, so make sure to ALWAYS generate some and store them safely, either securely on your PC or written down on paper (which is the most secure option).
You won’t get support for this issue on the DevForum. Keep trying appeals until you get an actual human.
