Reproduction Steps
Try accessing experiences on iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 Pro App.
This only seems to be happening to my main account (which is my dev forum account) - I can log into my alt account on both devices without issue.
Expected Behavior
I expect the experience to launch as normal
Actual Behavior
I can log in to my account normally but when I launch ANY experience I get an Error Message Box: Lost Connection due to an error (Error Code: 257)
First experienced it about 18 hours ago and still the same.
I can launch/play experiences normally when I’m on my PC.
Tried re-installing App on both devices but still the same.
Logged out of all sessions (Via PC) and logged back in on Apps but still the same.
Workaround
Log in with alt account.
