Can't access Cloud Localization Table

Hi everyone!
I am experiencing a quite awkward issue.
Basically, I have no control on the Cloud Localization Table of the game I am currently working on.

More specifically:

  • When accessing the Localization Tab from the website, I keep getting the following popup, and any download/upload/deletion operations I try to do on the table just return similar error popups.
    chrome_pqhwzgq5Gn

  • When I try doing any download/upload/replace operation from the Localization Tools in Roblox Studio, the plugin freezes and keeps spamming this error in the output:

  • The Embedded Localization Table controls work, but I don’t know what to do with them, since the Cloud Table seems broken.

Because of this, I have zero control on the translations of the game, since the entries are not loading on the webpage because of the problem I have just described.

Has anyone of you encountered a similar issue? Is there a way to fix that? I’ve been retrying for several hours, but it just keeps not working…

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hey @alefa03, can you link the experience that you’re working on? Also, are you the creator of the experience/ has the owner of the experience given you permissions to work on the experience as a translator?

This is the experience link: A dream of a dance - Roblox

I have edit permissions on it, so I assume I should be able to access and edit the translation settings without any problem.

Thanks for getting back. You need to be granted the Translator role in order to be able to manage translations. I’ve checked our system and confirmed that you currently do not have the right permissions to view the experience’s localization table.

You can get the experience’s owner to follow this guide to add you as a translator: Working with Translators | Documentation - Roblox Creator Hub

Please let me know if you need more help on this.

Thank you very much! It works now.

I thought that having place edit permissions would automatically get me the translator ones too, even because I read about that on the same documentation page you have sent me the link of…

Thanks again for your help.

Hey @alefa03 - thanks for flagging this! It does seem like our documentation is inaccurate - I’ll make sure to get that fixed.
