This is unlikely to be easily fixed because of the wide variety of keyboards. Different variations of QWERTY, QWERTZ and AZERTY, even DVORAK, COLEMAK etc. English QWERTY can add that shortcut without issues (no special character at ctrl+alt+w).
Non-english layouts have different shortcuts for special symbols, including those English ones don’t have. German variety of QWERTZ has a lot of special symbols accessible both via ctrl+alt and alt gr interchangably, whereas English doesn’t have any at those combinations at all. But there are still combinations that English QWERTY won’t allow and other layouts will.
I don’t know much about layouts around the world, but I assume you’re using Portuguese QWERTY (Brazil ABNT2) layout (ctrl+alt+w → ?).
For example, Ctrl+Alt+Shift+W works.
As he mentioned in his post, on your specific keyboard ctrl+alt+w → ?
I’m using a “Corsair K100 RGB Air Wireless”, Querty Layout English keyboard and it works just fine for me.
This is not a roblox bug, this is exclusively the keyboard you are using.
As Meerkat mentioned we believe your using a Portuguese QWERTY keyboard
Now I’m also not a keyboard expertise but once again just to make sure we are clear, this is not a ROBLOX bug more so something on your end with the keyboard you have.
