Can't add players to team create

I’m having some trouble adding players to team create on my game.
Team create is enabled but I can’t add players.

It won’t show up in the team create window,

nor in the game settings.

My place is saved and published to Roblox.
Can anyone help me with this?

Team create is now under the “Collaborate” section.

This is where you are able to add people.
