I want to post distribute audio, but it does not work. I says the I am eligible to do so, but It just doesn’t work at all.
Please explain.

is the audio under 7 seconds? also audios take a bit to be verified for distribution eligibility so it might just be that

sorry for late response, are you able to distribute the audio now? as i said, it takes a bit for it to be verified so that might be it
