Can't buy VIP Server

Hi, I am trying to buy a VIP server for a game I like. However, I keep getting the same thing: “Transaction Failed”. No matter what I try, I keep getting the message.

I have also tried this in other games, and it doesn’t go away. Any help would be much appreciated, I don’t know if this is something related to my account or just a simple bug.

Does the issue still occur right now? It most probably was just a quirk with Roblox’s end when you were trying to purchase the VIP server

Yes, unfortunately. I’ve tried at different times (like right now) and it still keeps happening.
