Can't Cash out. Messages to support not going out

Hello.

I’m a developer and I’m attempting to cash out like I’ve done for many months. However, I get a “Something is wrong” error each time. I am trying to contact support, but my messages do not receive a response and they do not show in my “Sent” mailbox. I solve the Verification puzzle each time and it says ‘Success’, but nothing. I have tried contacting them from more than one account but they don’t appear to be sent (same problem).

What is happening? Who and how do I contact someone at Roblox?

I think this is a bug, you should report it to Roblox or retry it a few days later. You can also do research on google to see what is wrong!!
