I am trying to change the icons of my Gamepasses on the website and it doesn’t work. When I try to change it, nothing happens. The icon doesn’t update, nothing happens at all. I’ve tried using different sizes and formats, but it doesn’t work. Been trying all day and even waiting to see if it changes eventually, but still nothing. Anyone having similar issues with the website when trying to edit their Gamepass icons?

Can you send us a video, so we can understand your problem better?
Odd… I don’t have this problem. Have you tried dragging the file? Maybe you can reload the page, or click save and see if it worked.
You shouldn’t be having any problems with any of these.
Like loertis mentioned, try clicking save to see if it worked.
That may have been the problem, as I’ve recently was able to upload a new gamepass icon without any problems.
I tried hitting save, it says the gamepass was saved but nothing happens.
I’ve also tried reloading the page and dragging an image doesn’t work on Firefox.
Seems to be a Firefox problem. I tried changing the icon on Google Chrome and it works perfectly.
