The title says it all. I can’t create a game for a group. When I go to the “Create” tab, then go to Group Creations, I see “Create New Experience” as always. But unusually, when I click “Create New Experience” it just takes me here:
On this screen it doesn’t allow me to create new games, only previous ones. Also, to note, I am not the owner of this group, but I have max permissions in it.
So here’s just a step by step tutorial.
First create a new place in Roblox Studio like this
Then on your keyboard press Ctrl + S which will show this pop up:
Then change the creator to whichever group you want it to be.

Hm, doesn’t work. When I click Ctrl + S, is tries to get me to save the game to my computer. I went to settings as well but what you showed didn’t show.
I’m not really sure why it didn’t for you although you can do this without the keybind as well
First press file:

My goal isn’t to save, it’s to be able to create a new experience for a group.
If you save a blank template then it will create a new experience
Yeah, it will save a new experience, but not to a group.
It will save to a group if you change the creator of the experience to whatever group your saving it too.
For example if I want to make a new experience for “Poly Heroes” then I will make the creator “Poly Heroes”
And then hit the save button and you’ll get a screen like this:
Then you can find find it on your group experiences page
It will save it to a group.
To make an experience for a group, you first need to have a place on file that you can upload to the Roblox and the group. Instead of using Ctrl + S, use Alt + Shift + P. This opens the menu to publish the game to Roblox. Inside that menu, you can select the owner. If you have sufficient perms in the group, you should be able to select the group from the creator drop down. After that hit the save button.
(Domphie’s post is the solution, besides that the shortcut is Alt + Shift + P/Alt + P not Ctrl + S. I think that might be a beta feature that Ctrl + S automatically saves to Roblox instead of to the computer.)
Maybe “Max” permissions isn’t truly the max compared to the owner’s power
