When attempting to create a gamepass, i get this error
“Pass creation failed. Please inspect the logs or network tab or contact us if this problem persists.”
Expected behavior
I expect a gamepass to be created

Please press Ctrl + Shift + I and send a screenshot of any red text you see. This will help engineers debug the issue

There are like 10 pages of red and yellow code blocks (do i send all of them)

No, but it’s a chromium base browser so its sort of the same (brave)

Try pressing Ctrl + Shift + I, going to the “Network” tab, pressing “Create Pass” and then looking for the most recent request that will probably be colored red. Do you see this request, and can you take a screenshot of it?

Can you go to the “Response” tab there and show what it says?

Weird. Seems like the request is not even going through. Will leave this to engineers

Would you mind letting us know the size of the thumbnail you are using when creating the pass? Additionally, if possible, could you try it again with a smaller thumbnail size and let us know if the issue persists?
The size is 1024x1024, I fixed this issue by creating a pass without an icon, and then adding the icon by editing it.
1024x1024 is the size when you use to create the game pass and failed, or the right size you use to later edit it?
1024x1024 is the size of the icon that made the gamepass fail, but for some reason it worked if i just added it later by editing the gamepass

Hello, I’m reviving this thread because I experienced the same issue just now. I fixed it by reducing the size of my gamepass icon to 512x512 pixels.
I hope I helped some people out!
