Can't "Create" anything in Ad Manager

For a while now I have been able to create campaigns on Roblox’s “Ad Manager” website. The button won’t turn blue for me and is permanently grey which results in it being unclickable.

I’m not sure if there is anything on my end I should do or check or if this is purely a Roblox website bug.

Thanks for reporting the issue. It looks like the “Create” button might be inactive due to an outstanding balance on your account, possibly from a declined payment. Please check your payment method and try updating it or clearing any pending balances. Once resolved, the button should work as expected.
