Hi, I’m trying to create an ad for my game, but the option to create an ad is missing. It is quite literally just… not there. I’ve checked on my personal account and the group holder, and it looks like this:
When I look at my personal ads, same issue:
The other developer has the same issue. What is going on?
Go to your product or creation page, click on […] and then advertise it.
If you’re using an adblocker you may need to disable it in order to upload an ad.
my adblocker is disabled on roblox
Are you using any other roblox extensions?
E.g: Roblox+, RoPro, BTRoblox
btrroblox, lemme try disabling it
edit: doesnt work for me on 2 different browsers, extensions or not, or for my friend on another pc with no extensions
Here’s a solution that may work.
Go to Create - Roblox
Go to your game
Click the button next to edit with the gear icon
In the dropdown menu click ‘Advertise’
It should hopefully bring you to this page
Hopefully it works!
If that doesn’t work just use this URL:
https://www.roblox.com/user-ads/create?targetId=###&targetType=Asset
Instead of ### put in your game place ID
