Can't discard a script from drafts tab

I was forking the BubbleChat default script and then somehow deleted it and I am unable to discard the draft itself. I don’t think I have enough information or repro steps to file a formal bug report so was wondering if anyone had any idea on how to fix this problem.

The script itself is still fully accessible but whenever I try and discard it nothing happens and studio keeps prompting me that I have uncommitted changes to a script that doesn’t even exist.

Is there some sort of folder on my system that I can access drafts from and manually delete it? I’ve tried reinstalling studio and the issue still persists.

Attempting to restore the draft will just create a duplicate instead of restoring the actual broken draft.

You can right click and discard the draft or try commiting it.

Like I said I can’t commit or discard the broken draft and it remains in my drafts tab regardless of what I do.

Was it you who deleted it? If it wasnt then you would need someone, you can try restoring the script (not the draft) and then commit, discard

I’m having the exact same issue, I believe it has something to do with undoing the creation of a script. Try not to undo any more creations of scripts and delete them before undoing to prevent this problem from occuring again. The error happened three times on three different scripts for me but I fixed two of them by disabling and re-enabling collaborative editing,

Disabling then re-enabling collaborative editing didn’t seem to do anything… could you detail the process a little bit more? I went into settings and turned it off, saved it, then turned it back on and saved it again. Restarting studio did nothing.

I have this issue as well.

Roblox needs to solve the bug where clicking “Discard” doesn’t actually discard the draft!
