Hi @royee354, what operation were you attempting which triggered this error? Were you attempting to change subscription price? Or change description/image?
The price, don’t know to tell you specifically if it’s the price, could also be the description idk
I have flagged the issue to the team to improve the Subscriptions page UI.
For local-currency subscriptions, price of the subscription cannot be changed. This might be triggering the error possibly.
It doesn’t work for robux too, why wouldnt you be able to change the local currency price?
Don’t tell me that the reason y’all blocked local currency price changes is because y’all are too lazy to come up with a solution like notifying subscribers that the price changed and letting them agree to pay the new price before charging them again. Also the problem is still not fixed
I’m still shocked you can’t re-use the name of deleted Robux subscriptions the staff legit told US to delete them to then remake them

Hi, price changes for local currency subscriptions has never been permitted and this stays unchanged. For Robux subscriptions, we do not allow frequent price changes (Prices can be changed only once every 60 days).
If you’ve recently created a Robux developer subscription, you will not be able to change its price for the next 60 days.
What about a deleted subscription name? When will we be able to reclaim it
This is just dumb no other way to put it, we should be able to adjust the price as needed, when needed. Notify the subscribers on price changes and don’t charge them until they accept (unless it’s a lower amount), we shouldn’t be limited because this basic solution wasn’t implemented.
Also that disclaimer appears nowhere, there should at least be a warning before commiting changes you can’t edit for an entire 2 months
im so tired of this! days later and 0 fixes. a staff told us to delete the subscription and remake yet we can’t use the same name again
why even tell us to delete then i would’ve waited 60 days at that point
I get the same error when trying to delete the subscription.
In order to delete a subscription you have to make it inactive first

Still facing the deleted issue, It’s been like 4 days and still can’t re-use the same name. I thought deleted meant DELETED, what’s the point of having delete if the name is forever unusable the feature is useless
This company employs people that couldn’t care less about fixing and improving the platform. I’ve only rarely encountered staff that are interested in helping and doing their job properly. Just look how that guy replied, he doesn’t care. He doesn’t even care to elaborate why frequent price changes are not allowed or why there isn’t even a disclaimer warning us beforehand that you’ll only be able to change it in 60 days. The infuriating part is that the money that goes to him is fully funded by us developers. They’re like politicians.
