When trying to leave a group, the dropdown menu shows, once i click on ANY item in the menu it simply just closes the menu and does not do anything else.
In this case I cannot leave any groups:

What browser do you use? Have you tried logging in and out of ROBLOX, or restarting your computer?

Did you try making a new account and see what happens? Maybe that could solve something, who knows.

could be due to roblox chrome plugins you might be using, had problems with that as well.

Hi Dev0mar! Would you be able to tell me if you have any errors that are showing up in the developer console when you click Leave Group? I can’t reproduce this.

Have you turned off all browser extensions and restarted your browser to ensure it is not an extension interfering with the site?

Yup, I have no extensions on right now, I’ve made sure my chrome is up to date and have restarted it several times.
This happens if I click anywhere on the page.

Do you have Roblox zoomed in by any chance?
Roblox’s interface completely breaks if it’s anything other than 100%, at least for me.
I would try setting the zoom level to 100 and see if that works.

I’ve tried to zoom in and do it too, but yea I’ve made sure its at 100% zoom
Hello Dev0mar. Try to reproduce this on another browser. Do you have the same error?
I kept on messing around with it, I found that if i right click the dropdown button that opens the menu, the menu will open and stay opened even if i click else where, this also makes the buttons inside the menu work.
@BitwiseAndrea not sure if thats any help, I’ll edit this post once I test on other browsers.
Edit: same thing happens in Firefox, and the right clicking work around also works on firefox

This just started happening to me. The aforementioned workaround does not work, at least for me.
The following warning is constantly being spammed on my browser’s console.
This happens on Firefox Version 68.0.1 (64-bit)
On chrome, the same issue is present, with the following errors:
Chrome Version 76.0.3809.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I can also reproduce this but since I have a touch based laptop, if I click on the ‘leave group’ button using my touch screen, it works. It won’t let me leave the group if I use my mouse though. All the other buttons in the dropdown menu also showcase the same behavior.

I have the same bug here:
I am using Chrome Version 79.0.3945.88 (Official Build) (64-bit).
I have tried going disabling all extensions.

Bumping this thread because I have the same bug!
Error here, using chrome, uninstalled extensions.
After a while it fixed, no it was not a refresh.

This exact thing happens to me too and now I have a hard time finding my main groups. There’s also a problem that you can’t join games that ban the group you’re stuck in. ;-;

I am also unable to leave groups, this is a major issue that needs to be resolved.
I have tried using different browsers but same issue.
