Can't link up experiences to TalentHub page

We’re trying to link up our experiences across groups, users, and campaigns Super League as done, but the website is not permitting us to enter Experience IDs for most of our creations. (For example, Hamilton Simulator: Hamilton Simulator [BATTLE UPDATE] - Roblox)

We’re trying to add these links from the account that owns the group: SuperLeagueStudios

Page URL: https://create.roblox.com/talent/teams/65c55505-0de3-48f7-be46-78e6caee419f

Hey,

Thanks for reaching out. Right now, the Group needs to directly own the Experience for it to be listed, which I notice is not the case here. The team is focusing on other areas of Groups currently (permissions, revenue, etc), so we’ll log this, but don’t actively plan on resolving it right now unfortunately.

Thanks

Thank you for the speedy response @peraldon !

Makes sense. Would you be able to share how some of the below pages are linking to experiences that don’t line up with the group associated with the TalentHub page if this behavior isn’t currently supported?

Examples:

Thank you.

Hi, I think it is actually possible to add experience ids. Does it say what the issue you are experiencing is, either as a toast or in the network logs? Are you double-checking that you are adding experience ids and not place ids?

Thanks for the speedy reply!

We’re utilizing the ID portion within the Game URL which the “Experience ID” field references to use, but when attempting to add it it just refuses to save.

You are using 4601513645? I was able to add this experience id into an example team (Creator Hub - Talent)

Thank you! This might be the root of the issue. The ID in the game URL I’m seeing for Hamilton Sim is 13190787726 - but the UI for the adding an experience section says to use the ID in the URL. Where would I reference to find the ID you are entering: 4601513645?

Thank you, and sorry if this turns out it was just an us issue!!

It is not the id in the url of www.roblox.com but the one that you see if you go to create.roblox.com and look for the experiences there.

Going to mark this as closed. Let us know if you encounter other issues linking up experiences. (For other users, make sure to use the experience id linked on https://create.roblox.com/creations/experiences/[correct-id]/overview rather than https://www.roblox.com/games/[incorrect-id]/[name])
