Can't load thumbnails on any place

Our team is using a Vpn from Google Cloud VM’s, each developer has their own IP address.

With that set up;

  • Go to your experience
  • Click places
  • Click thumbnails
  • You see a list with all the info now, but images won’t be displayed

From a developer standpoint, since page has too many request and guessing your security systems don’t really trust a Vpn running inside a datacenter, it gives 429 to fetching thumbnails. I will drop an image below

Hello thanks for the report. Are you able to try this without a VPN just using a normal Wi-fi connection?

Hey, Its impossible for me to try without a VPN unfortunately. Other people in our team can access the page just fine. One more thing, when I click “Save Changes” button and click “Edit Active Thumbnails” again, after the rate limit been reset (1min or so), it loads.

After using the IP for long enough, now I can’t access most of the things like playing games. Can we request to whitelist IP’s by chance?

Can you explain more about your use case please?

Generally speaking we’re not going to be able to fully support this use case as we are not focused on it. We don’t expect people to be using Roblox as a normal user through cloud provider IP addresses.
