Can't login on Oculus Quest 2

I can’t login via username and password since 2FA isn’t supported on Oculus Quest I guess. So I am forced to use the Quick Login feature. But this doesn’t work either: I can do the login stuff on the other device successfully, but when I go back into to VR I get the error “This account is not eligible due to age restrictions.” But both my Meta and Roblox account have an age over 18. So I just can’t login at all on VR…

(Also, the text of this error is black and the whole UI has dark theme, so it’s difficult to read as well. The text should be white. But that’s a minor irrelevant thing.)

Yeah, this has also been happening for me too… If anyone has any solutions that would be great!

Also happening for me on Quest 3, account is 18+ and id verified but I receive the “This account is not eligible due to age restrictions.” error when attempting quick login.

Could you provide the account that you’re running into problem with ? We would need to investigate each case since not all accounts are running into this.

Thanks. And for debugging, do you mind trying the following:

When you see the “This account is not eligible due to age restrictions.” block page, instead of clicking on log out, reboot your Quest headset and relaunch Roblox and check if the block still happens.
