Try a PC restart, then try reinstalling again, if that doesn’t work maybe try reinstalling the Roblox player as well as I see the word client in there.
Chances are if you look this up you will find a few YouTube videos, but usually restarting my PC or Reinstalling the client as well fixes my studio issues.
SSLConnection Error very likely happens on a school wifi, firewall, unsupported protocol, or a VPN.

Using the old installer
It MIGHT work. If you have a Roblox installer downloaded way before stuff like this even happens, you might consider them as it may have used different route to install Roblox.
Use another wireless or wired connection
You are to be blamed for enabling automatic firewall, using school wifi, or a VPN. Perhaps, maybe it’s not you but your ISP. Still, the situation is on you.
I was able to redownload Studio now but I still get this error when trying to open it:
This problem only started now when I changed networks in my house, it was fine up until now, both networks are coming from the same router though, and needless to say both networks have the same solid connection.
