Around 2 months ago studio wouldn’t open and it would give me the error “HttpQueryInfo with message forbidden” followed by an amazonaws.com link, i deleted the registry keys for studio and then reinstalled studio and that made it go away for 2 months, it has come back, now studio opens if i repeat the process, but if i shut down my computer and then try to open studio the same error will show up. Is there a way to get rid of this error permanently?
Try updating studio if you can, If you can’t, try these methods [May not work]:
Try mod manager on different channels (Mod manager is in github and forum, Roblox Studio Mod Manager)
Try launching studio from the start menu, should update it.
Visit that url, a black screen with text should appear, read what it says and reply back. if it downloads something and closes, that means it worked and you need to launch it.
Final method, uninstall and re-install studio. Or just contact support.
