Can't play Roblox or use Studio

Hello, when I try to join a game or use Studio I’m running into problems. When joining a game, sometimes it will work, but sometimes it will load and load and then give me an error code. It doesn’t happen every time but most of the time so it makes it hard to join games. This happens on any game, on any device I’ve tried. Windows PC, MacBook, iPad, iPhone XS. I’ve restarted every device, reinstalled Roblox, relogged on every device, restarted the network, tried a different network (same provider though), still doesn’t work. From my testing it seems to work when I use LTE on my phone. Now, for studio, I get different bugs. First, when I try to open a place, it says logging in for 10 minutes, or doesn’t open. Sometimes, it makes me login through a browser due to too many attempts. If I keep trying eventually I can load in a place, but then when I try to do Start Server I’ll get the same glitches again making it virtually impossible to work on a game. 10 minutes to /maybe/ have a test server going. I’ve tried disabling every firewall and stuff on my computer. This started happening roughly around the time when there was that big outage, so I assumed it was that, but then they posted that it was resolved but it wasn’t for me.

Here is what happens when I try to join a place:

Everything is working fine for me… You said that it works on your LTE so is it possible that there could be an issue with your internet/network provider?

Yeah so what would that issue be if there’s only problems with Roblox?

I don’t understand. My point was that rather than it be a problem with Roblox, it could be your internet provider having problems their end. (Forgive me if i have misunderstood)

It only happens with Roblox, and I get a specific error code, so if I knew what that error code meant I could get closer to determining that. But if it’s a problem with my ISP it would be a problem with Roblox interacting with my ISP. If it only happens with Roblox then it means there’s something specific with Roblox that’s causing it.

Oh I see. This is most likely Roblox’s error because a 404 is where a client has requested information and the server cannot provide it due to it not being able to find it.

(I realise that i am pretty much no help lol)

Can confirm it is taking a long time to load into studio.

Is it possible that your home or school network has a firewall in place and that firewall is blocking roblox? Some firewalls replace some http request responses with 404 responses, which may result in some of what you are seeing

It would have to have been a sneaky firewall install… Only started happening around the same time that Roblox went down. Would error code 610 like I posted be caused by a firewall? Also would a firewall /sometimes/ let Roblox through and other times not? Would a firewall occasionally let Roblox through instantly and other times not? What would cause that and how can I fix it?

In the past when there have been firewall issues they have had selective impact on different endpoints, but in general the firewall issues would be more consistent than what you are describing (i.e. some endpoints just always failing).
