Cant Publish Models/Places to anything other than "me"

I cant upload my game to my Studio Group, omg!

I cant upload my Model to any of my Studio Groups, yikes!

Expected behavior

I should have access to upload to any places I have dev access to (many groups in my case)

This has also happened to me. Additionally, I have lost access to all group games, which might be related.
