Can't publish something like the "ReflectionMetadata.xml" due to an unintended action for Script based Assets

Description:

There’s a very robust unintended action that occurs when you try to make an script-based asset (e.g. Scripts or Plugins) public.

Since this goes very in-depth about the actual bug and the issue, it’s entirely private.

The ReflectionMetadata.xml is already present in a few Assets, that once disappeared from the Creator Marketplace, and then re-appeared. The fact that it re-appeared is great, but not everyone can request this sort of privilige on an asset, nor do I know how.

I heard that Roblox is about innovation, so it would be better if this unintended action is prevented in the future, somehow.

The ReflectionMetadata.xml is useful for things like Live-Game Explorer[V3.3]. Along with the API Dump.

There’s some information that I put in the Private Message, that I ended up putting into a different report instead.

And I’d like to not mix these two issues into one.
