Cant see tag editor

I literally can not find the tag editor anywhere on my screen. Could someone help?

The Tag Editor seems to have been moved to under the View tab of the top ribbon. Perhaps try going there and see if you can spot the Tag Editor.

Its in the view tab as said my the user above me.
