Can't set a Game permission with Group Role Anymore!

Reproduction Steps

Open a Game Permission page or Go in Studio Game Setting under Permission

Expected Behavior

Being able to set Permission per Group Role.

Actual Behavior

There is nothing showing up. We can only set Public or Private now…
