I’m trying to spend group funds. I am the 2nd highest rank in the group, I have the ‘spend group funds’ permission, but there is no button anywhere for me to spend group funds?
Under ‘revenue’ there isn’t the option to spend it anymore.

I assume you are trying to payout the robux from the group?
Only the account which owns the group is allowed to do that. The permission you referred to seems to be specifically about spending the funds on group related things, such as adding new roles or buying badges for group games and stuff.
What happens if something happened to the owner then? I would just be left homeless?
I guess so.
You could try contacting Roblox about getting the group transferred such that someone else is the owner, but IDK if that would achieve anything

The owner of the group (rank 255) can spend group funds fine via going to Payouts however people who are below rank 255 lets say rank 254 don’t have the option to view payouts compared to the owner now why is this the case?
I have no idea but my group also has this setting enabled they can view everything else except for being able to spend the funds..
I know this was published in 2024, but the system has changed so I have to put the up to date one.
You don’t have to contact Roblox to transfer ownership of a group you just quite literally have to have them be in your group and after a 30 day period of the new changes you can transfer ownership.
Unless you created the group on that day then you should be able to just fine.
