I need to switch between cameras. It is necessary to: one camera for work, another for screenshots.
————— -
I do not know how to switch cameras in the editor
————— -
Through «Workspace - > CurrentCamera» tried to switch, but when I chose another camera, the first one disappeared
Hi!!
So roblox automatically actually chooses cameras aswell as deleting others, but i made this module script for you to use.
Controls:
P - switch between the 2 cameras
M - Stop the Module
here it is!
Guide to use:
place it any where youd like, best would be the workspace so you can copy this command.
Next Step
open your command bar
Next Step
type in this command
Next Step
FInished! now use the Controls!
Notice: use P to stop it, make sure you dont write the require more than once while one of them is running since that can cause it to break, so only run one at a time
Welp here you can download it:
CameraSwitch.lua (1.0 KB)
Have fun.
When I create animations from the first view I use this plugin to switch cameras.
The fake camera must be defined first and then it is then possible to switch.

Everything works, thanks for helping
Is it possible to somehow fix the position of the camera that even when you leave the game, it will remain in its place? Very necessary
depends where you mean that, do you want it in game or in studio?
In the studio

Can you make a more detailed guide?
-
Make classic PART object. For better clarity we call it Camera but no need for.
-
To press SET ANIM PART and TOGGLE CAMERA LOCK I use Ctrl
- When I have to switch the view with the object I can set the exact position
And that’s all
Perhaps it is understandable
