Last month, I noticed that items remained on sale when my Premium subscription ran out (before I manually renewed it). I didn’t think much of it however it seems to be happening again. Limiteds that I put on sale while I had Premium remained on sale. I cannot take them off sale, and upon further inspection, the error message seems to be “Insufficient permissions.”
My premium subscription expired on the 7th, and the issue is still ongoing. I would greatly appreciate any attention to this matter when possible.
I will be away in a few days for a certain period of time and won’t be able to provide any additional information during that time, which is why I am bumping this now.
Unfortunately I have not, however I am sure that contacting support could lead somewhere helpful.
The item I had hyperlinked as an example sold 17 days ago. I did not have premium when it sold but it doesn’t seem to have affected the sale process since I got the right amount of ROBUX after fees. I just wish I could’ve put it off-sale.
My premium has run out and I can confirm that it is not fixed as @anastala pointed out previously. The only difference is the error message I get from trying to take it off-sale. It seems that Premium expiring isn’t automatically making my items off-sale either.
There also appears to be terminated players able to keep items on sale even after being terminated. One example is under the “ROBLOX Madness Face” by the user “g2TpeYCERJQeaJfs3Yo0” and every time you click on it says “Page Not Found” and not sure how it’s kept on sale even after termination.
