Can't Upload a Thumbnail to Event

Me and my programmer can’t upload our thumbnail

to our event (Roblox) and we keep getting the same error of “Response from https://apis.roblox.com/assets/user-auth/v1/assets returned an error code 400”

Anything we can do to get this fixed?

Is it possible to look into the browser inspector to get the exact error message of response when you do the operation so that we can further investigating? The current 400 error is mainly bad request
