I do not fully understand the issue, is it giving you some sort of error? When posting a help post make it descriptive so people can help as soon as possible.

The size should be 585x559, it should not go above or below this sizes as the template won’t likely work.
I’ve also recently just visited your profile, and it seems that you don’t have premium before you upload shirt or pants templates, which also answers the issue, as normally, they require users to have Roblox Premium before uploading shirt or pants templates.
Edit: I’ve made it more simple to make the post shorter.
That means you used the wrong file size. It has to be 585x559. Make sure you use the template with the correct size, and don’t change it.
It’s way too big. Try scaling it down to 585x559 . if that doesn’t work then I don’t know.
