When I try ‘publish as’ then I keep getting this.
If I click View->Startgame you can see that I’m logged in.
I’ve tried restarting computer and still same error. First time I’ve experienced this type error-persistence. Usually it goes away if I restart roblox but now it dont.
I’ve deleted the version files in AppData/Local/Roblox/Versions, worked for a while now it’s broke again. Now it doesn’t even work after I’v deleted and redownloaded those files.
That’s been happening a lot to me. Always after I run a plugin that obfuscates all my code. I gotta make a trash save and reopen it to upload it.
Nothing works for me 
I can’t upload, it’s a very serious bug.
I deleted all folders (but not the exe) found in:
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Roblox\Versions
This solved the issue! 
EDIT: Nope. Now it’s permanently broken.

I’m starting to panic.
Try clearing your registry area for ROBLOX, and reinstalling.
I did absolutely nothing, and today it worked fine.
It’s incredibly unreliable and it’s not my internet to blame because I can play roblox without any issues its just the uploading that doesn’t work well.
Are you sure this isn’t just an issue with your ISP?
Does this happen on other computers in your home?
Can you publish when you are connected to a different WiFi network?
Also just FYI, this isn’t a valid usage of ROBLOXCRITICAL.
Now before you scream at me, hear me out. The header is intended for crashes/bugs that are breaking several popular games, caused by a problem on their end that they can address quickly. It’s not intended for one person having connection issues with Roblox.
If I had to guess, you probably have corrupted roblox cookies in your computer’s registry, so you should probably clear that. I highly doubt this is the issue though.
Updated title. When you can’t upload to roblox for days it gets pretty critical tho.
But ye, the inconsistency make it seem less urgent.
We have a potential fix for this in the works, but since we can’t repro this here, I can’t promise it’ll work.
When will it be released?
The current timeline is roughly a week, but that’s subject to change if there are problems.
I just noticed I can’t upload my R2DA game but I can upload other smaller games.
Is this an issue with the file itself?

I just deleted a few unnessecary parts and now I can upload!
Have I officially hit the size limit? 7MB?
