Can't upload thumbnail

I am unable to upload a thumbnail for my experience, the size is 2mb and 1080p. It hangs for seconds then an error appears “Unknown error, please try again.”

Expected behavior

I expect the thumbnail to upload and not an error to appear.

  1. Check devconsole (CTRL + SHIFT + I)
  2. Then go to ‘Console’

It should look like this:

If there is red, there is an error. Like this:

This seems to be fixed, I still don’t know what caused the error though

Hi, thanks for reporting! Unfortunately the errors provided in the DM don’t include calls to upload the thumbnail, so we can’t be sure what went wrong previously. Please let us know if the issue happens again, and we can help debug further.
