Can't upload Youtube Video thumbnail due to "Unknown Error"

1. What do you want to achieve?
   I want to upload Youtube thumbnail of my game but I can’t due to uploading error.
   So I want to resolve this unknown error and upload video thumbnail.

2. What is the issue?
   when I tried to upload Youtube link using video thumbnail feature on the Creator Dashboard ,
   I couldn’t upload the link due to error - “Unknown Error, please try again later.”
   (I have enough Roblox in my account - 500 robux for video thumbnail)

3. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?
   I’ve searched Developer Hub for solution, and tried several solutions like

• refresh cache of web browser.
• uninstall/install Roblox repeatedly.
• changed computers and tried again.
• used different web browsers (chrome, edge, safari… )

I’ve tried every possible solutions I can think of, and failed to upload the Youtube link.

What I would recommend is waiting 24 hours and seeing if it fixes within this time. If it does not and seem to be a bug then you can always report it to the @Bug-Support team if it has not already been reported.

thank you for the suggestion.
I’ve tried several times to upload video for a month as you suggested.
I waited for several days and checked if upload is possible or not… and I repeated this several times.

but the issue still exists…

I’ll find a way to report this issue to @Bug-Support .
