Cant verify my age😭

I’m trying to confirm the refund through my passport. Roblox just throws out these three dots without errors.:

then the screen goes dark and I am thrown out of this menu and the refund is not confirmed. I waited three hours and decided to ask anyway. I was kind of checked out already on the site. Should I wait for moderation to check on me, or is this some kind of bug?

Roblox might not accept passports. Try a other government issued id

Passports are generally accepted, as per the age verification information page.

Have you tried on the mobile app or mobile browser version of the website? This seems to be a bug.
