About Us:
We are an up and coming virtual cafe company on the Roblox platform. Lots of effort is put into Cappuccino & Co every day, from the baristas who prepare your drink to the executives who help manage the company on a day-to-day basis. Each and every day we strive to be successful and to make your Cappuccino & Co experience truly remarkable so you can meet new people, drink our coffee, and roleplay as a barista. We have worked to accomplish a lasting positive impression on our customers and staff!
This new handbook contains all of the essential information that Cappuccino & Co customers and staff alike will need to know so your time with us is as pleasant as possible!
Listed below is a range of documents, both for customers and staff, that is recommended that you all read. They contain the basic rules that are needed to be followed and met at all Cappuccino & Co games!

Rules & Regulations
Upon following the Roblox Terms of Service, we have additional regulations that we expect our guests and staff members to abide. Failing to comply with our regulations will result in receiving moderation consequences on our premises.
- Trolling or being disruptive is not permitted.
- Exploiting is not permitted.
- Cyber bullying is not permitted.
- Advertisement is not permitted.
- Homophobia, discrimination, and racism are not permitted.
- Bypassing the chat filters is not permitted.
- Spamming the chat is not permitted.
Our staff team has the permission to issue a warning to those who do break our regulations. Our Staff Assistants+ have been given the authority to enforce a ban on anyone who does break these regulations.
Promotion Guide
To become a staff member at Cappuccino & Co, there are some steps you must do before that’ll happen.
Customer → Trainee: You must join our group, and complete the application in the application center, or take an interview at the interview center.
Trainee → Junior Barista: Once you are an Trainee, you must head to the training center, and successfully pass the training session in order to become a Junior Barista.
Junior Barista → Barista: Once you are a Junior Barista, you must attend a shift at the cafe and earn a promotion.
Barista → Assistant Manager: To become an Assistant Manager, the Barista must be professional, and be noticed by someone of the Employment Department. To earn this rank, you must work hard at the restaurant and be active.

Cappuccino & Co is always looking for groups/communities to become partners with, if you meet eh requirements below, do not hesitate to contact one of our Public Relations Directors.
Requirements:
- The corporation or group must have at least 65+ non-botted members.
- Your group game must be active.
- Your group must be professional and a well-standing reputation.
Note: For content creators and influencers. These requirements are not expected from you. Feel free to reach out to one of our Public Relations Directors to receive our Content Creator/Influencer partnership requirements.

Staff Information:
Staff Expectations
Here at Cappuccino & Co, we can do nothing without our amazingly satisfying staff! Our expectations for our staff are the following:
LR Staff Members
We expect our LR staff members to be active on the group wall and attend shifts at the cafe. And of course to serve our customers with our signature amazingly satisfying service! However there won’t be any demotions for in-activity.
MR Staff Members
We expect our MR staff members to be active on the group wall and attend shifts at the cafe often. They are also expected to help out the HRs managing the shifts at the cafe. They can also co-host an interview session with an HR for new hopeful staff members.
However, being a MR is no small thing and therefore they are required to be active. They must at least attend five shifts a week. These can be either at the cafe or at the interview center. And are also expected to post frequently on the group wall.
HR Staff Members
Our HR staff members run our cafe. Therefore, in addition to the responsibilities of an MR, they are required to host five shifts a week. These shifts can be held either at the cafe, or at the interview center. They are are also expected to check the group wall often and answer any questions and provide our signature amazingly satisfying customer service. And of course, responsible to warn/kick/ban trollers, depending on the situations. And to ban exploiters right away without any warnings. They are also responsible to make sure that the ranks below them do their proper job.
SHR Staff Members
.The SHR staff members really run Cappuccino & Co, perhaps even more so then the ownership team. Therefore we have big requirements for our SHR team. They have all the requirments of an HR plus the following. They are expected to actively monitor the group wall, daily join/host a shift at the cafe or an interview session.
The Ownership Team
Our ownership team is the final level of administration at Cappuccino & Co. They have all the requirements of an SHR plus the following. They are expected to host a weekly event.
Shift Guide
THOSE PLANNING ON HOSTING A SHIFT MUST READ THIS FIRST.
Hosting a shift can be easy & hard on several levels. As host of the shift, you are required to ensure that all is running smooth. This can range from assisting a member of staff with making a drink or food, or dealing with exploiters.
Only a member of our HR+ staf team may host shifts & have the authority to do all other actions listed beyond. Advanced Grammar required.
**Any member of our MR staf team may manage, supervise & deal with issues in the server. However, if there aren’t enough LRs they are required to serve the counter.
** Exceptional Grammar required
Any member of our LR staff team may only serve & assist. As well as take a break. Below average quality of grammar required.
STEPS TO HOSTING A SHIFT
STEP 1:
Announce the shift on the group, do this by going to our group page. The announcement could start with
SHIFT | Then here you can have your very interesting text, for example, “SHIFT | About that time to have a shift! Looking forward to seeing you at the cafe! | Promotions will be distributed to hard-working employees.”
Something along those lines.
Yes, you’re able to customize it to something to suit your liking. However, if the shout comes up as tags for some whatever reason, you will be required to adjust it to ensure that this shout is up to standard with our guidelines & that no words have been tagged.
STEP 2:
Join the place, greet & meet up with fellow staff members, guests & customers. Ensure that all is going well & proceed to the place of your choice to supervise, serve or assist. You are required to answer all necessary questions asked by customers, guests or members of staff. You are also required to ensure that there are no issues or conflict between players, at Cappuccino & Co we aim to have a sustainable community, so please ensure that you’re consistently following all of our guidelines.
FALIURE TO COMPLETE THESE STEPS WILL RESULT IN A DEMOTION.
PROMOTIONS
At Cappuccino & Co, we like promotions. Currently, HR+ roles are able to promote. We would that HR+ roles promote members of staff in which case is hard working, one role up each time you spot them in a shift. Remember to congratulate them on their achievement & encourage them to keep working up!
POSITIVITY
Within shifts, we ask that shift hosts try to keep encouraging members of staff to have fun, whether it be you talking to them in a positive attitude or even if it’s a negative case, we don’t want you to type as if it was the end of the world. We aim for Cappuccino & Co to be a fun, engaging & mature community, there’s no reason for you to be angry, it’s just a game.

Interview Guide
An interview session can be hosted by and member of our HR team and higher. It can be co-hosted by and member of our MR team.
It’s important that the host or co-host uploads each session shout during each stage of the interview session process. Moreover, if you are hosting or co-hosting on mobile and are unable to announce the session shout, please ask another staff member to do so for you. If you do not announce a session shout, you’ll be given a warning by a member of our HR+ team…
