Captcha seems to be broken, tried messaging roblox support, auto response

Hey there! for the past two weeks or so I have been experiencing multiple problems with the captchas system, as of two weeks ago I started receiving 20 captchas every single time I logged into roblox, this in itself is a nuisance, so I turned to the audio puzzle, this worked for 2 weeks until yesterday where the audio puzzle was seemingly changed, and when I finished it I would receive this error saying I have a unusually amount of audio puzzles done instead of normal puzzles.

Then as of today I could not log into my roblox account at all, as the only way I could do so is to keep resetting my password so I could be auto logged in, and as of now I cannot even get into studio, since the morning (18 hours ago) I haven’t been able to log in. So now the captcha is rejecting all right answers from me as seen here. I’ve tried multiple times.


(I used the log in from other device to make sure I had the right password and everything.)
I’ve contacted roblox support which was no use, as it was in the past with auto responses as usual.

This is a issue, and we really need it resolved, and I’d really like not to do 20 captchas everytime I log onto roblox.

That would be great, I’ve tried contacting roblox support and there has just been auto responses, this is the same for the past.

The roblox studio issue has been fixed, although I am still getting 20+ captchas everytime.
