Hey Roblox Team, hope you’re having a good day!

Issue (Brief): Captcha system is not reading inputs correctly

Issue (Long): A few of my team members are testing our experiences using new accounts to see how our experience performs. As they’ve been logging in / out of a lot of accounts, upon logging into the accounts they are provided with a Captcha to complete, however on completion, even with the correct answers, the system fails it & alerts the user they haven’t done it correctly. Expected outcome: Captcha should complete and the user should be allowed to continue with the action

Actual outcome: Captcha doesn’t complete and user is forced to re-do Captcha several times.

This is something that I’ve experienced personally and is a regular occurance. I’m unsure if this is something your end or if you use a 3rd party company to manage your Captcha service.

We’ve filed a ticket into our internal database for this issue, and we will update you when we have further information!

Sorry to bump this post, but as of today this bug has worsened significantly.

Absolutely no captchas are working, despite me attempting them 10+ times.

I’m currently relying on Quick Log In

This is something my team and I experienced more and more over the past few weeks also.

Hey! I’ll work on getting you some of these, however after some talks with my team and a little digging we found the following:

Roblox uses funcaptcha owned by arkose labs, however on their site for documentation they have this: https://gyazo.com/7b1a93403763feb45c2a805332c771b0 so it’s intended to randomly fail correct verifications if enabled. This can be found here: Verify API v4 Response Fields and Examples

This is extremely annoying for the end user, and the % at which this happens is concerning.

Just received a new type of Captcha, however this one want’s me to do 20, (You read that right) 20 tests to prove I’m human, all involving arithmetic with 12 options for answers for each one. Roblox has a mainly under 18 userbase, How is a child supposed to complete something like this?
