Today I wanted to log into Roblox Studio, like I do normally. Studio asked me to log in again. Not a problem. I use the ‘Use other device’ option, and it asked me to do a captia. The visual one turned out to literally be impossible, so I did the audio one. I do it successfully. The website then tells me the password is incorrect even though I did not use a method of logging in that needed a password. This has lead to me being effectively locked out of my account on the website and in studio. I have checked my sessions and there are no suspicious entries. This does not occur on mobile or on the PC app.
this is happening to me too - the visual test is literally impossible, i spent over 30 minutes on it. when i completed the audio test (which took like five minutes by itself), i just didn’t get logged in.
