I have only one remark, otherwise this looks good.
The palm tree… how could it possibly be “working”, does it have scripts that make it wave or anything? Just something to think about in the future before posting something like this. Other then that, great job on the actual build!
I using transparency for the palm tree animation it’s almost like that tree get hit by wind
