So as you can see in the video when I am driving the car rocks a lot, first I thought it was because the tires weren’t round enough but they are it has a lot of vertices, Im not sure why its happening can someone help.

Try playing around with the Damping. I had a similar problem with my Citroen.
Damping
Try using cylinders or spheres for the wheels and just set transparency to 1, this is what A-Chassis does, or maybe set the body to massless
I did all of that and same thing
