Hello developers, recently I’ve attempted to build a car, but it didn’t work.
Wheels had hinges and were connected to the car base
Vehicle Seat had a weld under it
I also have a question about whether the blocks should be anchored or not. If you know the solution to this problem, please tell me.

I can’t explain a solution to this problem because as @MrGalaretka said, we need to know more about the problem itself.
However, in answer to your question, parts that your use in the car should not be anchored.
These types of post won’t go anywhere unless you show us the actual problem along with it.
Also, don’t anchor the parts just weld them.
