Welcome to the Careao Public Handbook! This handbook was created by all of the Ownership Team members to ensure that everyone will know all of the necessary information regarding Careao. If you ever need assistance, please be sure to DM a member of the Ownership Team.
Established in March 2021, Careao is a customary and present-day Hibachi Restaurant eatery that emanates the motivating energy of China. Careao serves American Chinese cuisine along with our flavourful dishes and refreshments. Consistently we endeavor to live up to our clientβs desires and exclusive expectations to ensure that everybody feels invited and happy with our administration.
Game Regulations
#1 RESPECT: Respect must be shown in all premises of the Careao group. Including in-game, group wall, and even in the Discord Server. Please be respectful of your partners, peers and co-workers. Being disrespectful is not acceptable and will not be tolerated. This will result in severe consequences.
#2 TROLLING: Trolling will not be tolerated in Careao. Please be respectful to people serving you, or even people who are just trying to enjoy a meal. Do not troll or be offensive. Remember your words have an impact on the way people act. Instead of trolling, have a positive attitude and be nicer.
#3 BYPASSING: Bypassing is not tolerated and will result in severe consequences. Even if you are joking about something, DO NOT bypass. This is against ROBLOX TOS and will result in a permanent ban. Bypassing is cursing or saying bad words. Words that are considered wrong, etc. Do not bypass please!
#4 CHAT FLOODING: Chat flooding on our group wall or in game will not be tolerated as this counts as spam. If the chat flooding is a long greeting, or sentence that is fine. But please know that if you chat flood and it looks like mass spam, you may be banned from our game. Make sure you stay clear and keep sentences short.
#5 ATTIRE & USERNAMES: Please maintain with proper in game attire to stay safe. Not doing so is against ROBLOX TOS and will result in a ban from Careao premises. Please stay on the safe side and have a good username as well as a safe outfit.
#6 ADVERTISING: Do not advertise in our premises, including the group wall, in game, or anywhere. This will lead to major consequences. Advertising your servers, groups, etc.
#7 ROBLOX TOS: Lastly, follow Robloxβs Terms of Services or as known as βRobloxβs Rulesβ. Roblox has made a set of rules for maintaining a safe online community. They can be found below, please read over them.

Valued Customer β [Limit: β]
A regular customer in the group who is served refreshments and pastries at the cafΓ©. They are able to attend the Application center to become a Trainee.
Industry Icon β [Limit: β]
A member of the group who is highly honored at Careao premises. These members can consist of retired staff members, allied representatives, or people who are well-known in the ROBLOX community.
Low Ranks
Trainee β [Limit: β]
A member who has passed their application and is almost ready to work behind the counters by attending a training session.
Junior Barista β [Limit: β]
A member who has passed their first training, and can now work behind the counters.
Barista β [Limit: β]
A member who has passed their second training session. They are more experienced than their previous rank.
Senior Barista [Limit: β]
A member who has passed all of their training sessions. They can now be recommended for the Staff Assistant application.
Middle Rank Team
Staff Intern β [Limit: β]
Staff Interns are the first addition to the Middle Rank Team. They are to complete an internship process or receive a promotion to be able to proceed onto the next rank. Staff Interns are eligible to spectate sessions and host shifts.
Supervisor β [Limit: 40]
Supervisors are the second member of the Middle Rank Team. They are to carry out the responsibilities as the rank before them, however, they are more experienced.
Assistant Manager β [Limit: 20]
Assistant Managers are the third members of the Middle Rank Team. They are to carry out the responsibilities as the rank before them, however, they are now able to Co-Host sessions and are more experienced staff members.
Manager β [Limit: 15]
Managers are the fourth members of the Middle Rank Team, they have been single-hand picked by the Staff Management Department. They are to carry out the responsibilities as the rank before them, however, they are now able to host sessions.
High Rank Team
Executive Assistant β [Limit: 10]
Executive Assistants are the first addition to the High Rank Team. They are expected to host sessions and participate in departmental work. They are more experienced members, all Careao basic questions should be directed to them.
Chief Relations Officer β [Limit: 2]
The Chief Relations Officer(s) are the Lead and Co-Lead of the Public Relations department. They are to manage affiliates, events, and community inquiries. All alliance/affiliate questions should be directed to them or a member of the Public Relations Department.
Chief Staff Officer β [Limit: 2] The Chief Staff Officer(s) are the Lead and Co-Lead of the Staff Management Department. They are to manage staff aspects, bans & appeals, and Middle Rank applications. All employee questions should be directed towards them or a member of the Staff Management Department.
Ownership Team
Chief Executive Officer β [Limit: 1]
The Chief Executive Officer is the first addition to the Ownership Team. They are to oversee all operations throughout the Public Relations and Staff Management Department.
Vice President β [Limit: 1]
The Vice President works closely with the President to manage and oversee all Careao operations.
President β [Limit: 1]
The President is expected to manage and oversee all Careao operations.
Co-Owner β [Limit: 1]
The Co-Owner owns the group as a whole.
Owner β [Limit: 2]
The Owner owns the group as a whole.
Alliance Information
Introduction
Thank you for showing interest towards our group! We admire collaborating with other groups and seeing what we are capable of accomplishing together. In order to have your group considered as an affiliate, you will have to meet the requirements implemented. If you meet the requirements, you are able to fill out an application. Once youβre done, please send it to a member of the Public Relations Department.
Requirements
As a part of forming an alliance with Careao, there are a few requirements we highly suggest reviewing before submitting an application.
β Your group must contain a minimum of 100+ non-botted members.
β Your group must contain a minimum of 125 Discord server members.
β Your group must be willing to announce and attend any Careao events.
β Your group must possess a positive reputation throughout the industry.
β Your group must not sell any administrative or Middle Ranks.

β Why are you interested in partnering with Careao?
β What possible benefits could Careao receive from this alliance?

Conclusion
If you meet all the needed requirements stated above, please feel free to send the alliance application to a member in our Public Relations Department in a google document. Please be aware it takes our team up to 3-7 days to read over your application as we like to do background checks with any group who seeks to be alliances with us. When direct messaging a member in our Public Relations Department we ask that you utilize grammar, and provide us with links to your establishment. If you have been sadly declined, itβs most likely you did not meet our requirements stated above. If you feel as though you were wrongfully declined please be sure to direct message an Executive Assistant in the Public Relations Department.
Department Information
Staff Management Department
The Staff Management Department deals with overall staffing within Careao, this includes reading management applications, promotions, demotions, suspensions, and warnings. If you ever happen to find a staff misleading conducts, do not hesitate to contact a member of this department.
Public Relations Department
The Public Relations Department deals with inquiries and topics outside Careao. They manage affiliates and event coordination, ensuring all visitors have an excellent stay at Careao. Any questions/concerns regarding allies and events should be directed to them.
Moderation Department
The Moderation Department deals with all appeals regarding our Discord. They make sure our community is a safe environment for everyone, and are making sure everyone abides by our regulations. They enforce the rules, and take action against rule breakers.

How do I become a Staff Intern?
The Staff Management Department is always looking for new members to become a member of our team. You must utilize grammar, show activity, and be professional. However, there are two ways of becoming a Staff Intern. You can either apply when Staff Intern Applications are release or be noticed by a member in our Staff Management Department.
How do I rank up?
You must attend 3 training sessions to become a Senior Barista.
Can I be a developer?
We are currently not looking for any developers as of now. When we are, there will be an announcement in our communications server.
How do I become a Moderator?
You must either apply or be noticed by the Moderation Leads.
